Duluth, GA – May 22, 2012 – Georgia 811 will be conducting scheduled phone server maintenance tonight May 22, from 10:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. During this time the Call Center will be unavailable to accept damage and emergency notices. Also PRIS phone access will be off line. However, the following services will be available during the maintenance: EDEN web entry, PRIS (telnet and Web), corporate email, corporate websites and the Georgia 811 Android app.
In the event of a utility damage or emergency, please contact the affected utility directly during this time and then call Georgia 811 once the maintenance has been completed.
