Georgia 811 Network Maintenance

Duluth, GA – June 10, 2015 – Georgia 811 will be conducting scheduled maintenance on telecommunication lines Thursday, June 18, 2015, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. During this time the Call Center will be unavailable to accept damage and emergency notices.

 

Additional services that will not be available during this time include EDEN web entry; Positive Response Information System (PRIS) via the phone, web or app; our corporate website, and employee emails.

 

In the event of a utility damage or emergency please contact the affected utility directly during this time, and then call Georgia 811 once the maintenance has been completed.
