11:40am – The technical issues were resolved and all EDEN-related services are now operable. .

10:45am – Due to a power outage at the Duluth office, Georgia 811 is experiencing technical difficulties with EDEN, eRequest and myGeorgia811.com. Unavailable EDEN services include: EDEN web entry, EDEN PRIS, EDEN Mobile App, and the contact center will be unable to create and transmit locate requests. Please be assured that Georgia 811 staff is working with external vendors to quickly restore EDEN functionality. 

In the event of a utility damage or emergency, please contact the affected utility directly during this time, and then call Georgia 811 once the maintenance has been completed.
