Georgia 811 Experienced An Internet System Outage

Georgia 811 experienced intermittent network issues between 6am and 11am on Sunday, August 30th due to an outage from our internet service provider. This directly impacted Eden, eRequest, PRIS and moble apps. Outside of those applications no other systems, including the phone system, were impacted. All systems are now operating as normal and we apologize for any inconvenience.
