Managing and Viewing LP Changes
Georgia 811 hosted a live webinar on Tuesday October 13th. The purpose of this presentation was to familiarize Georgia 811 Stakeholders of changes and new procedures that will immediately be noticeable and unfamiliar when managing and viewing Large Project Tickets in the GeoCall system. The webinar concentrated on PRIS responses and some general differences on how Large Projects are handled in GeoCall as opposed to EDEN.
A recording of the webinar will be posted for viewing at a later date on this page: https://www.georgia811.com/index.php/large-projects/
Members who have access to (1) respond to tickets via Positive Response (PRIS) and (2) manage their Service Area Map(s) are accustomed to using one website to access both of these functions. However, the new system will have separate websites for each of these. These links will be available at MyGeorgia811.com on October 15.
Training courses are not required to respond to tickets or manage Service Area Maps. Video tutorials and the following instruction manuals are now available on the Member Resource Page:
Members with questions should contact Customer Connections at CustomerConnections@Georgia811.com or (770) 623-5786.
Usernames and Password Creation: During the week of October 5, all current EDEN users will receive an email with login instructions for the new system.
