October 14
4:30 PM – 6:30 PM: eRequest unavailable
11:00 PM: MyGeorgia811.com unavailable, EDEN Apps Decommissioned

October 15
1:00 AM – 7:00 AM: System transfer. During this time, Georgia 811 will be unable to accept tickets. In the event of a utility damage or emergency, please contact the affected utility directly during this time, and then call Georgia 811 once the transition has been completed.
