Georgia 811 will be conducting its annual disaster recovery test of the Online Ticketing System, GeoCall, on Saturday, December 10th. Please be aware that the system may be intermittently unavailable between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Georgia 811 Holiday Schedule

Georgia 811 will be closed on Friday, December 23, 2022, and Monday, December 26, 2022, in observance on Christmas Eve and Christmas.

In observance of New Year’s Day, Georgia 811 will also be closed on Monday, January 2, 2023.

During this time the contact center will be accepting locate requests for damages and emergencies only. Please plan your work accordingly.
