Georgia’s Public Service Commission has updated PSC Rule 515-9-4-.14 entitled Georgia Underground Marking Standards.
 
Updates to the Rule include requirements for:

• Communicating “No conflict” ticket responses. Section 2(a)
• Updated language regarding the requirement to use paint for marking, and the option to use flags or stakes. Additionally, in the case of certain environmental conditions the requirement to use both paint and flags. Section 2(b)4
• Marking bundled lines that share a trench. Section 2(b)13-14
• Marking ducts. Section 2(b)16
• Traffic Control and Traffic Management Systems. Section 2(b)20
