This section of our website provides information that you, as a Georgia 811 Member, will find helpful to respond to Positive Response (PRIS) and manage your Service Area Map(s).

Georgia 811 Member Training

Georgia 811 provides members with a free online self-paced training course. The topics included are:

  • Introduction to Georgia 811 Membership
  • Membership Information
  • Member Contact & Delivery Information
  • Positive Response Information System (PRIS)
  • Service Area Map Management
  • Locating Facilities
  • Member Reporting – ThoughtSpot

Once you have completed the training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

To Access Training

  1. Visit
  2. Log in:
    • If you have previously taken a Georgia 811 online course, you will already have a username and password for the site.
    • For members who have never accessed the Coursettra site, it is recommended that you first allow emails from the sender
      1. Select “Create one” next to “No account” on the Login Screen.
      2. Fill out the form to create a username and password. (Note: Select Georgia 811 in the “Who are you training with?” drop down.)
      3. After signing up you will be sent a verification email with a code. The system will prompt you for this code. When looking for your verification email, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still do not receive the verification email, please contact Customer Connections at
      4. The system will then ask you to set up a profile.
  3. After logging in, select BROWSE at the top of the page.
  5. Click on REGISTER, REGISTER, START NOW, and then START.
  6. Click PLAY and you are ready to learn!
