Thank you to all of Georgia’s safe digging partners for their patience with the ticketing system transition and resulting ticket delivery delays. While delivery was slow for several days, Georgia 811 never stopped transmitting or taking tickets as we transitioned to a new ticketing system. Stakeholders were flexible in accessing their tickets via PRIS during this time, and we thank everyone for their cooperation. Georgia 811’s stakeholders truly worked to keep Georgia safe and connected and we look forward to the future of the new ticketing system now that technical issues have been resolved.
