Training Topic: Ticket Actions in the Portal

Submitting your tickets online is easier than ever with Georgia 811’s Guidelines on Ticket Actions in the Portal. Review the document to find out how you can easily use ticket functions such as Search, Update, Additional Request, Copy, and more. Georgia 811 recommends that all excavators gain access to the online ticketing system. For information on how to do so, please visit the Online Ticket Training page.
